We care about the safety and privacy of our Roo users, and that's why we created the chat feature. Please note that we may review your messages sent through Roo in order to ensure the best experience for our Roo users on either side of the chat.
We do so for a number of reasons:
- Avoiding payment scams
- Identifying potential risks to users
- Ensuring compliance with Roo policies
- Providing customer service
- Investigating issues
- Finding areas to improve the Roo experience
Safety is important, but we value your privacy too. We never review, scan, or analyze your messaging communications to send you third-party marketing messages. We don’t sell reviews or analyses of these communications.
